REVIVAL PORCH

This Greek Revival home has some stories to tell.  Its timber framed bones stand true to Vermont craftsmanship and it deserved an entry of such quality.  We carefully designed an 8' covered porch to match while including a few modern comforts.  Project included: demo of the existing porch, pouring concrete footings, replacing siding, tying in with existing home and matching historical trim details, roofing and flashing, drystone pavers, and subcontracting electrical.  We partnered with local lumber suppliers as always, and finished our local eastern white cedar decking with Vermont Natural Coatings.  We installed a client sourced antique porch swing to complete the project.
