DECK HOUSE

A 1960's Mid Century Modern Vermont Ski Chalet received a welcomed refresh and addition.  Partnering with Destination Eichler we transformed the carport into an entryway with plenty of room for coats and boots, and an additional 3/4 bath.  We recreated the existing mahogany window and baseboard trim, installed walnut wall cladding, refinished stair treads and risers, built a bespoke pet gate that integrates with the existing railing, and created an efficient closet storage solution.  Ihley Design also provided Project Management services and sourced subcontractors for paint/papering, flooring, and tiling.
